He has worked for some of the world leaders in technology and training systems including IBM Australia, Telstra, Australian Federal Police, RailCorp, Sydney Water, Asteron, Coca Cola, Department of Education and Training. Mike has worked in projects covering management development, police management development programs, waste management, rail operations and safety, water operations and distribution, security, business operations, education administration, police operations, airport security operations and finance. Mike has extensive experience in Registered Training Organisation (RTO) management including Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) and ISO standards. He has undertaken consultancy and advisory roles to registered training organizations. He has assisted numerous Australian RTOs with initial and renewal government registration, preparation and set up of RTOs, AQTF audit compliance, extension to scope for training packages, mapping learning & assessment materials and developing training and assessment materials. .
